Every filter and its size, both refrigerator filters, the softener, each smoke detector, the fixtures you can't reach. You don't need to look up a single model number — writing them down is the whole point of the visit.

We name a plan and a price. You decide afterwards.

One of the three, at the published monthly rate, or a straight answer that your house needs quoting instead. You'll get both numbers that matter — the one-time first visit charge and the monthly after it, or the yearly figure that rolls the first visit in. No pressure at the end of it: if you start, we set the schedule there and then; if you don't, that's the end of it and we won't chase you.
