Are you a licensed contractor?
No — and that's deliberate. We handle routine upkeep and consumable parts. Anything that needs a licensed plumber, HVAC tech or electrician, we photograph it, tell you what we saw, and give you the name of a licensed partner. We never diagnose or repair.
Is there a contract?
No. Cancel with a phone call any time.
What if I'm not home?
Most customers give us garage access. We call the day before and again when we’re on the way, and we photograph everything we do.
What if my home needs more salt than the plan includes?
We log the fill line every visit. If the tank stops coming back to the same mark we'll talk about adding a bag — about $7 a month — rather than quietly letting it run low.

How do I pay?
Monthly by card, or yearly in advance for 11% off.
