Why the list is short

Most home services businesses widen their list until it covers anything a customer might ask for. We went the other way. Seven jobs, all of them consumable parts on a predictable cycle, all of them things that get postponed rather than things that break.

A narrow list is what makes the rest of it work. It means the truck carries every part for every visit, so nothing is deferred to a second trip. It means the technician does the same seven jobs often enough to be quick and consistent at them. And it means we can quote one fixed monthly price without hedging, because there's no diagnostic surprise waiting inside the job.

Why we're not a licensed contractor

Because we don't do work that requires one, and we think saying so plainly is better than being vague about it. We replace consumable parts and clean things. We don't diagnose, we don't repair, and we don't install.

The line matters most when we find something. A softener that isn't softening, a detector past its expiry, a coil that looks fouled, a dryer duct that's come apart inside a wall — all of these turn up on ordinary visits. What we do with them is photograph the thing, write down what we saw, tell you in plain terms, and give you the name of a licensed plumber, HVAC tech or electrician. We don't quote the work, we don't take a cut of it and we don't attempt it ourselves.

Who comes to the door

The same technician each visit, in uniform, carrying photo identification. Background checked. The business is insured and bonded. We call the day before and again when we're on the way, so nobody arrives unannounced.

A good share of our customers arrange this for a parent rather than themselves. We're happy to bill one address and call another — tell us who to reach and who to invoice and we'll keep the two separate.

Where we work

Summerlin, Henderson, North Las Vegas and Sun City Anthem today, plus the greater Las Vegas valley around them. If you're not sure whether your street is covered, call and ask — the answer is usually yes, and when it isn't we'll say so rather than stringing you along.

The honest limits

Prices are for standard single-family homes. Larger houses and additional equipment are quoted before the first visit, never at the door. There's no contract, so if this turns out not to be worth it to you, one phone call ends it.
