No. You provide the parts, or we purchase and deliver them for $20 a visit plus 15% on the parts, receipt included — the same rule as paying by the hour, and anything left over stays at your home. Tell us the job and we’ll say what to buy, or help you find it.
Yes — twelve months, billed monthly. That commitment is what makes the rate possible. The Autopilot plans stay no-contract; this one is different on purpose.
They’re yours for the twelve months. Whatever’s left at the end of the term doesn’t roll into the next one, so we’ll nudge you in month ten if you’re sitting on a pile.
Extra credits are billed at your plan’s rate — $13.75 on Lease 24, $13.25 on Lease 48, $12.50 on Lease 72. If you keep running over we’ll suggest the next plan up; at that point it’s cheaper.
No. One plan is one address. If you own a rental as well, that’s priced per home — see the page for property managers.
Anything that needs a licensed trade or a permit — plumbing, electrical, HVAC, gas, roofs. The lease changes how you pay for labor, not what we take on; those jobs we still hand off with a name.
