This website collects almost nothing, which makes this short.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics package, no advertising pixel, no session tracking and no third-party script of any kind. Fonts are served from this domain rather than a font CDN, so loading a page here does not tell anyone else that you did.

Because nothing is stored on your device and nothing is shared with a third party, there is no consent banner to click through.

Server logs

The web server that hosts this site keeps standard access logs — IP address, the page requested, the time, and the browser's user-agent string. These exist so the site can be kept running and secure. They are not used to build a profile of you and they are not shared or sold.

If you request a callback

The callback form asks for four things: your name, your phone number, your ZIP code and which plan you're interested in. We use them to call you back about home maintenance service, and for nothing else. We do not sell them, rent them, or pass them to a marketing list.

If you call or text instead, we have your phone number for the same reason and use it the same way.

If you become a customer

We keep a record of your home's equipment — filter sizes, detector locations and manufacture dates, fixture types, your fridge filter part number, your softener's fill line — along with photographs taken during visits. That record is the service. We keep it so the right parts arrive on the right day, and we share it with you.

Payment card details are handled by our payment processor. We do not store card numbers.

How long we keep things

Callback requests that don't turn into service are discarded within 90 days. Customer service records are kept while you're a customer and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that if you come back we still know your filter sizes.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or text (702) 908-9967 and say so. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time and we will.

Children

This is a home services business. The site is not directed at children and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We don't email out notices, because we don't hold an email list.
