Five minutes now, then nothing.
There's no app, no portal and no scheduling calendar to manage. You call once, we build the list, and after that we turn up four times a year.
Three steps
Call or text
Tell us roughly what's in the house — how many bedrooms, whether there's a softener, one story or two. About five minutes. We'll tell you which plan fits, including telling you to take the cheaper one when that's the right answer.
We map your home
On the first visit we record every filter size, every detector and its manufacture date, every fixture and bulb type, your fridge filter part number and your softener's fill line. That list is the reason nothing gets missed afterwards.
Then stop thinking about it
Four visits a year with every part on the truck. We call the day before and again when we're on the way. You get a dated record after each one.
What a visit actually looks like
A regular visit runs about forty-five minutes to an hour and a half depending on the size of the house and what's due that quarter. The first one takes longer, because that's the one where we walk the house and write everything down.
Before we arrive
We call the day before to confirm, and again when we're on the way. If you'd rather have a text than a call, say so once and that's how we'll do it from then on.
Getting in
Most customers give us garage access, and plenty aren't home when we come. That's normal and it's fine. We photograph everything we do, so there's a record of what happened while you were out. If you'd rather be there every time, we'll book around your schedule instead.
Who shows up
The same technician each visit, in uniform, with photo identification. Background checked, insured and bonded. If your regular technician is out and someone else is covering, we tell you who before they arrive rather than sending a stranger to the door.
What you get afterwards
A dated record of what was replaced, photographs of the equipment, and a note of anything we saw that you should know about — a detector approaching its expiry date, a filter loading faster than it should, a softener whose fill line has stopped returning to the same mark. If something needs a licensed trade, you get a photo, a plain description and a name. We don't quote that work and we don't do it.
Between visits
Call or text the same number. If something on our list has gone wrong early — a bulb out in an awkward spot, a softener that's emptied faster than expected — we'd rather hear about it than have you wait three months.
Paying, and stopping
Monthly by card, or yearly in advance for 11% off. There's no contract and no notice period: if you want to stop, one phone call does it. No fee, no retention script, no argument.
Prices are for standard single-family homes. If your house is larger than that, or has more equipment than a typical plan assumes, we quote it before the first visit — not at the door and not halfway through.
Ask for a callback
Four fields. We call back the same day, usually within the hour.
Or skip the form — call or text (702) 908-9967.

No contract. Cancel any time.
